Just Breathe

I would say the easiest way to meditate is to mindfully listen to your breathing, feeling your breath going in through your nose and exhaling out with an Ah or Om. With eyes closed, sit comfortably in a quiet room, recite to yourself or out loud your intention for your meditation. However, you do not have to set an intention and just be yourself and allow your Higher self to expand and grow. You'll know when this happens and it might not be immediate or maybe it will it all depends on you. There are really no rules to meditate properly.
